We understand that situations arise in which you may have to reschedule your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must reschedule your appointment, you provide more than 24 hours' notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With reschedules made less than 24 hours' notice, we are unable to offer that slot to another person.
Office appointments which are rescheduled with less than 24 hours notification will become the responsibility of the client who will be responsible for the full appointment amount for that session.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to reschedule their appointment will be considered as NO-SHOW Clients who no show (2) or more times may be dismissed from the practice, and they may be denied any future appointments. The client will also be responsible for the full appointment amount for the session that was missed.
The reschedule and No-Show amounts are the sole responsibility of the client and should be paid in full before the client's next appointment.
We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to reschedule within 24 hours. Amounts in this instance may be waived but only with the approval of a representative from the company.
We firmly believe that a good client/practitioner relationship is based upon understanding, respect, caring and good communication from both parties involved.
